This is a kanik (dough) recipe my Dad gave me as he sometimes makes the dough for mom (it has worked well a few times)
2.25 wati flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 wati oil
1/2 coffee mug water
Knead and add flour (another .25 wati - .5 wati) as required.
I used the same recipe with rice flour for making bhakri - they turned out ok, but a bit too stiff. Will experiment by using less oil and more water next time.
